Holly Tree

 The holly tree at the bottom of the garden is the most beautiful it has ever looked. The colours are stunning! I think it's because there was a bit of a drought earlier in the year and it shed loads of leaves, but new lush leaves grew back when the weather improved. I was half tempted to cut some branches off to decorate the house but decided to leave it alone in the end.

Beautiful Bokeh

The smoke bush, in flower at the moment, looked

stunning in the rain a few days ago. Unfortunately, I

don't have a tripod or macro lens on my Nikon camera so

the shots are not as sharp as I'd like. Oh well. 

Evening Visitor

Been having a dear little hedgehog visit this year. I've been 

feeding it Loki's cat food. This evening it was even rummaging 

around the conservatory. Such a darling.

Apologies for all the weeds but this area was cleared for the building of a 

new conservatory, which has been delayed because of the pandemic.
